• 4.25 PPD
• 76% of referrals come from large hospital system.
  • Active & unencumbered California RN
  • 2+ years of DON experience
  • 3+ years of SNF experience
  • Strong team building skills, including staff retention
  • Clear communication skills with residents and families
  • Demonstrated experience elevating clinical survey outcomes
