Job Opening for a Director of Quality located in North Carolina.
- Reports to CEO
- 1 FTE (Infection Control Nurse)
Job Summary:
- Provides oversight for QA for the facility and serves as resource at department level for QA issues and concerns
- Would need to know basic Quality Initiatives
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Chart abstractions for Core Measures and chart reviews, roughly 300 charts a month
*Ideally, candidate should come from a similar size facility
