Director of Surgical Services, Arizona:
- Great location and state of the art facility; wonderful Southwestern culture and tons of recreation in the area;
- BSN min, master’s preferred;
- 48 FTEs, reports to CNO;
- 4800 surgeries a year in gen, ortho, podiatry, plastics, urology, ENT and GI;
- # of ORs: 4 ORs and 3 procedure rooms in the hospital, 4 ORs and 3 procedure room in the outpatient surgery center;
- Plus bonus potential, relo, sign-on.
Director of Catheterization Laboratory, Arizona:
- Great location with tons of recreation;
- Reports to CNO; 1 cath lab doing 360/yr including pacemaker placements, PCIs, diagnostics and some venous work;
- 9 FTEs including cath lab, echo, stress and respiratory therapy;

- BSN min, master’s in progress or within 2 years of hire;
- Must have open heart experience
