Director of Surgical Services, Missouri:

  • Large profit hospital in rural setting;
  • Strong leader to bring team together and work collaboratively with surgeons and staff;
  • Goal to open one more OR by early 2019; 8 ORs, 1 hybrid, 4 GI labs, 2 CVOR and 8 recovery and 8 holding rooms; 78 FTEs and a manager

Director of Emergency, Arkansas:

  • 175 bed profit hospital in great location;
  • 34K visits and growing; less than 12% admitted; need help with patient flow of admitted to care units (over national averages);
  • ED team needs strong leader to build relationships and change culture with staff and physicians to improve through-put and patient exp;
  • Communication needs improvement; AR Saves and Trauma education for community;
  • Huge opportunity for community involvement and education;
  • Opportunities with additional volume and ED growth for cardiac patients

Director of Surgical Services, Washington:

  • 2 ORs and 2 C-section rooms;
  • Great location;
  • Union exp mandatory;
  • Profit exp a plus;
  • BSN highly preferred;
  • 3-4K surgeries annually;
  • Major help needed in central sterile so well-rounded SS exp a must;

Director of  L&D (Maternal/Child), Louisiana:

  • 2-campus, not for profit hospital; 1100 births/year;
  • Reports to CNO;
  • Strong, engaging leader needed to work with department as it grows;
  • Great docs in dept;
  • BSN and master’s preferred;
  • Studor experience is helpful;

Director of Surgical Services, Arizona:

  • Great location and state of the art facility; wonderful Southwestern culture and tons of recreation in the area;
  • BSN min, master’s preferred;
  • 48 FTEs, reports to CNO;
  • 4800 surgeries a year in gen, ortho, podiatry, plastics, urology, ENT and GI;
  • # of ORs: 4 ORs and 3 procedure rooms in the hospital, 4 ORs and 3 procedure room in the outpatient surgery center;
  • Plus bonus potential, relo, sign-on.

Director of Catheterization Laboratory, Arizona:

  • Great location with tons of recreation;
  • Reports to CNO; 1 cath lab doing 360/yr including pacemaker placements, PCIs, diagnostics and some venous work;
  • 9 FTEs including cath lab, echo, stress and respiratory therapy;
  • Bonus potential, sign-on and relo potential.

Director Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, Florida:

  • BSN min, master’s in progress or within 2 years of hire;
  • Must have open heart experience
  • Must be RN;
  • NO Tobacco use;
  • Plus bonus potential.

Director of Medical, Florida:

  • Master’s mandatory;
  • 62 beds;
  • Plus bonus

Director of Surgical, Florida:

  • Not OR but surgical part of med/surg
  • Master’s mandatory;
