  • 5 years’ exp in hospital setting including clinical service lines with PI and Quality;
  • Development of comprehensive quality and/or PI program, directs quality and/or PI initiatives; participates in development, education, monitoring, reporting and improvement of activities related to hospital guidelines,
  • National Patient Safety Goals, accreditation standards,  etc; works with external agencies and stakeholders related toquality/PI; oversees investigation and reporting of events as required by regulatory agencies and serves as liaison in PI efforts related to medical safety;
  • Collaborates to investigate care concerns; maintains PI data that facilitates identification of trends and leads efforts to improve outcomes through proactive management of key outcomes metrics;
  • Experience in utilization and case management, infection control, education and medical staff services regulations and requirements;

  • Exp in revenue cycles, scheduling, physician partnerships, medical records, staffing support for providers;

  • 2 hours to larger community to fly in/out of;
  • Reports to CEO and Regional VP;
  • 15 providers and 35 total staff in very centralized location to hospital;
  • BS highly desired and 2 years’ experience in similar setting;
  • Strong critical thinking skills, politically savvy, and great physician relational skills;
  • Bonus potential.
