Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the facility, facility compliance with policies and State and Federal rules and regulations and providing the highest quality of care possible. 90+ Residents and a team of 80 FTE’s. 7 direct reports that are department heads. Reports to the VP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
· Experience: 3+ years of experience in long-term care administration or long term acute care (LTAC) facility.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, financial management, and human resources.
· Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
