Director of Surgical Services Job Opening in Washington State

Director of Surgical Services job opening located in Washington State.

• The hospital has 6 OR suites
• The departments with Same Day Surgery (includes GI lab), PAT clinic , PACU, and approximately 40 FTE’s

Do they have any direct reports? 

• Yes, all the units listed above report to the Surgical Services Director. 
• The manager directly reports to the OR Director.

Robotics?

• We have a DaVinci Xi and a Globus robot.
• We are a heavy ortho/spine OR. We do bariatrics, ped urology, gen urology, gyn, general cases with the surgeons onboarding.  

Number of procedures:  

• We do an average of 11+ cases per day.
• We have two new surgeon’s starting. One in August and one in September.

Hiring requirements: 

• BSN, CNOR need individuals who possess Good knowledge of how the OR functions and the productivity.
