Director of Surgical Services job opening located in Washington State.
- The hospital has 6 OR suites
- The departments with Same Day Surgery (includes GI lab), PAT clinic , PACU, and approximately 40 FTE’s
Do they have any direct reports?
- Yes, all the units listed above report to the Surgical Services Director.
- The manager directly reports to the OR Director.
Robotics?
- We have a DaVinci Xi and a Globus robot.
- We are a heavy ortho/spine OR. We do bariatrics, ped urology, gen urology, gyn, general cases with the surgeons onboarding.
Number of procedures:
- We do an average of 11+ cases per day.
- We have two new surgeon’s starting. One in August and one in September.
Hiring requirements:
- BSN, CNOR need individuals who possess Good knowledge of how the OR functions and the productivity.
