Skilled Nursing Facility HR Director job opening located in Washington State.
Position: Corporate Director of HR
Location: Tacoma, WA area
Details:
- Incumbent has been in position for a long time.
- Position will be responsible for oversight of the HR directors for 15 SNF’s – Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Also does corporate benefits, (health, 401k, etc.).
- Dotted line to the HR directors, who are supervised by NHA’s.
- Have an internal agency for in-house staff pool.
- Has an assistant who manages pool, does staffing, on-boarding, payroll, etc.
- Will be working in their corporate office.
- Want someone who is out-of-the-box thinker. Can come up with fun and creative ways to retain staff.
- Prefer someone with some healthcare HR, but also non-healthcare experience. Look at tech, and hospitality backgrounds.
- HRIS certification a plus.
