Critical Access Hospital
Will recruit qualified physicians and leadership roles. Will include generating job descriptions, screening applicants, conducting preliminary interviews, and liaising with the candidate(s) and the hospital. Actively seek physicians by using recruiting sources.
Looking for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great physicians and leaders. A successful recruiter will collaborate with administration on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Research and participate in conference, job fairs and varies physician, provider, executive, and director recruitment opportunity events.
Position reports to COO.
