HR Director job opening located in North Carolina.
300-400 bed hospital and part of system.
HR Director needs to be someone who has generalist experience with benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment; Someone who can design these things specifically for hires, not someone who just gets the standard blanket information from a corporate office. They design these things in-house for specific candidates. This position oversees 9-10 FTE’s with one HR manager.
Minimum Required: Master’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or other related area. Five years of successful human resource management responsibilities preferably in a healthcare setting. Oversees 9-10 FTEs. Reports to Vice President, Talent and Culture / Chief Engagement Officer.
Hospital has 2200 employees, and candidates can be Manager or HR Director, but does not want someone with purely experience from an academic system. Prefers someone who oversees at least 1,000 employees.
