The Respiratory Care Manager is responsible for leading and mentoring department personnel and will have budgetary responsibility for the department. The right person works well with a variety of professionals and is able to maintain collaborative relationships with directors, physicians and community members.
Requirements:
- Iowa RRT credential upon hire.
- Five years of progressive management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
