Laboratory Manager job opening located in Montana.
Lab Manager for a critical access hospital in rural Montana that delivers competent care with compassion and kindness.
The Lab Manager will be the subject matter expert for the hospital, participating in manager meetings and collaborating with leaders throughout the hospital. The right individual will be eager to lead their team and reshape their department while maintaining the responsible handling, testing and reporting of specimens. This is a significant opportunity to shape a lab team and have a meaningful impact on the entire hospital and on the community they serve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Lab Science field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical lab experience
- 1 – 2 years of hospital supervisory experience
