The Pediatrics Nursing Manager ensures safe effective nursing care for the unit, provided in a cost-effective manner. The manager is responsible for staff development, for directing and monitoring unit operations, and for the fiscal management of their department.
- 600 + bed hospital
- FTE’s: 20
Requirements:
- Current CA RN license required; MSN preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related acute care experience
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience
- BLS
