A large 550 bed nonprofit, nonunion hospital in Southern California has a job opening for an Admin Director, Maternal Child. This position reports to the CNO and she is one of the best in the local area. This hospital is part of a larger health system with 3 hospitals, 27 outpatient medical locations, multispecialty medical group, home health and emergency services. The Administrative Director will be a part of the Sr. Nursing Leadership team heavy involvement with Strategic Planning, Regulatory, Budgeting and Large-Scale Projects. This position will have the following director reports Clinical Director, Labor & Delivery (52 FTEs) 800-1,000 deliveries/month, Clinical Director Newborn/Postpartum (49.7 FTEs) and Clinical Director NICU (45.5 FTEs) ADC 10.5.Ideal candidate will have Clinical Director experience in any of the maternal child areas or a Sr. Manager role over multiple units, BSN but MSN preferred, budgeting and strategic planning experience highly preferred.
