Must-Haves
- Minimum ten years of healthcare financial management experience in a finance leadership position for Home Health Agency(s) preferred, or healthcare organization (will be considered).
- Experience coaching and developing others: ability to grow, develop, and overhaul teams for the betterment of an organization
- Experience creating a high performance culture with a dedication to promoting diversity
- Proven turnaround experience: history recouping and correcting operating loss and revenue cycle management, Change Maker/Natural influencer, Highly effective in influencing and navigating change to improve the bottom line
- Expert Communicator: Highly effective in delivering both oral and written and messages. Able to articulate a clear vision of the future; translate data into information that is easily understood across multiple constituencies.
Nice-To-Haves
- Master’s Degree preferred. (Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business, finance or accounting REQUIRED)
- CPA or CMA credentials preferred. (Strong technical knowledge of basic and complex accounting principles REQUIRED)
