  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of exp in employee relations, preferably in healthcare;
  • strong oral and written communication skills;
  • experience dealing with complex employee relations issues;
  • able to interact and communicate with leaders, walking them through challenging situations with their team members;
  • prefer PHR cert;
  • reports to Corp Director
