- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of exp in employee relations, preferably in healthcare;
- strong oral and written communication skills;
- experience dealing with complex employee relations issues;
- able to interact and communicate with leaders, walking them through challenging situations with their team members;
- prefer PHR cert;
- reports to Corp Director
