• System Administrative Director of Revenue Cycle,
  • Location: Florida
  • Reports to CFO – 4 directors report to position;
  • Master’s mandatory or working on it;
  • 5 years’ exp in revenue cycle in hospital setting;
  • create effective Revenue Cycle Management Team that will ensure organization captures all revenue that it is legally entitled to;
  • responsibilities for Patient Registration, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Integrity Billing and Compliance, HIM and Managed Care Contracting; monitoring effectiveness of each area that is part of revenue cycle for opportunities and provides education to staff to facilitate integrating of functions and processes impacting RC;
  • understanding of managed care contracting, third party reimbursement and variance analysis important;
  • no tobacco use allowed

• Manager of Accounting – System
  • Location Florida
  • strongly prefer CPA and/or MBA minimum;
  • formal training in hospital accounting and finance a must;
  • 4 years’ accounting exp in senior or manager level role in hospital setting of at least 300 beds;
  • must have exp overseeing payroll, involved in month-end close, bonds, 990s, financial statements, reimbursement, cost reports, revenue cycle;
  • must have strong technical skills;
  • no tobacco use
