- MT mandatory and strong management experience;
- 32 FTEs;
- 30-35k tests a month;
- reports to COO
- Pharmacist Clinical Coordinator
- Location: Texas
- 300+ bed, for profit facility;
- PharmD from accredited institution;
- guides clinical applications of pharmacy;
- facilitates development, implementation and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through safe, cost-effective drug therapies;
- assists in developing P&P, and standards;
- reports to DOP;
- 2 direct reports;
- top 3 priorities for this job: organizing clinical dept to meet clinical needs of Medical Resident Program, working to streamline PharmacoKinetic service and working on clinical initiatives;
- 6 years’ clinical coordinator exp in hospital setting or a year residency training with 2 years of clinical exp;
- clear Texas pharmacy license;
- completion of accredited Residency in Hospital Pharmacy, specialty training in Disease State Management;
- ACPE IV cert;
- Antimicrobial Stewardship cert;
- ACLS cert
