  • Payor enrollment (due to start-ups),
  • encroaching competing surgery center;
  • outmigration to town approximately 1 hr away

• Dir. Team Member Engagement – System
  • Location: Florida
  • Must have experience handling employee relations and engagement activities in mid-size employer of 1,000 plus employees;
  • strongly prefer hospital experience and someone who has organizational development/learning and development experience
