- Responsible for Utilization Mgmt, Transitions Mgmt & Care Coord.
- Reports to CFO
- RN with 2-5 years acute care case management experience
- McKesson InterQual experience preferred
- Familiar with regulatory & accreditation standards
- Bachelors degree required, Master’s preferred
$20,000 sign on bonus
