- Part of 6 hospital academic system
- Responsible for PAT, OR, PACU, CS, Endoscopy
- Total 24 ORs, 14 general, 6-7 ortho/spine, 4-5 CVOR
- 13,000 surgeries/year; 5500 Endoscopy cases/year
- 240 indirect reports, Managers in place
- Reports to CNO
- RN with OR clinical background
- CVOR experience desired
- Minimum of 3-5 years progressive management experience
- BSN and Masters’ degree required
- CNOR required
- Membership in national nursing organization required
