- 80 bed Orthopedic/Spine specialty hospital, Magnet designated
- Part of 6 hospital academic system
- 10 ORs, PACU and PAT
- 4,000 cases/year specializing in ortho & spine procedures
- 60 FTEs + a Business Manager and Unit Director
- This position reports to the CNO
- RN with at least 5 years progressive management in Surgical Services
- Prefer experience with Ortho/Neuro service lines
- BSN required, Master’s required, MSN preferred
- CNOR and active AORN participation required
- Magnet experience desired
