- Staffing & operations of the department
- Volume growth
- Physician relationships.
Job Requirements
- BSN required. Master’s preferred.
- TAVR experience
- Someone with leadership competency in CV service line with similar sized facility
- Someone who steps in to help demonstrate productivity.
