Job opening in a 42 bed Hospital in a Hospital in Wisconsin for a Interim Director NICU/Pediatric Services.
Job Summary:
- 22 bed NICU/ 20 bed inpatient pediatric unit plus outpatient infusion and observation. Goal is to stabilize the program, offer staffing model solutions and better ways to improve efficiency.
- 70-80 FTE’s including Clinical Educator, Inpatient Case Manager
- Provides leadership and oversight to department
- Responsible for the development, communication, and successful execution of established financial and non-financial objectives as articulated through the organizational structure and strategic plans.
- 3-6 month assignment
Education:
- BSN required, Master’s preferred or currently enrolled
