3) Director of Patient Management (Case Management), Southwest: 300 bed, profit hospital; Medicaid Expansion State; BSN min, master’s preferred; leadership in hospital case management mandatory; 15 FTEs; focus on length of stay, readmissions, denials; case mix index YTD 1.7; LOS YTD, all payors 2.55 days, Medicare 5.48, variance +1.42; ADC, 107; 625 surgeries a month, 3200 ED visits a month; reports to CFO.
