Small facility; position will report to the CEO for the Health system.

Summary:
The Skilled Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer in the overall administration of the facility. Supervises operation of the service departments as directed by the Chief Executive Officer, with primary emphasis on the skilled nursing home facility. Handles special projects for the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Director. In the Chief Executive Officer’s absence, the Skilled Nursing Home Administrator can assume responsibility for all facility operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or equivalent preferred
Licenses/Certification: Ability to obtain Licensed nursing home administrator.
FACHE preferred
Experience: At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing or nursing home environment.
RN Director of Nursing – Skilled Nursing
Summary:
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the 24-hour overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing care in the Nursing Facility.
Responsible for the selection, training, discipline and supervision for all nursing related health center personnel.
Responsible for the procurement of appropriate supplies and equipment and operating within the departmental budget, and capitol purchases.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s of Science degree.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licenses/Certification: Registered Licensed Nurse.
Experience: Two years’ experience in geriatric nursing. Participation in professional organizations, dealing primarily in geriatrics preferred. Minimum of two years nursing administration experience, preferably in a long term care setting.
* Chief Clinical Officer
The Long Term Acute Care Hospital has 60 licensed beds including 15 intensive care unit beds and 45 medical-surgical/telemetry beds. This hospital specializes in providing acute care to medically complex and critically ill patients who require longer hospital stays.
The CCO will be responsible for Nursing, Respiratory, Lab and Radiology departments.
Education: RN, Bachelor’s degree required Master’s Degree preferred
Experience 2 + years Director/CNO Nursing leadership experience over multiple departments .
