Brand new facility is built and looking to hire a Chief Nurse to join the team. New hospital is 18 beds – Critical Access Hospital. Hospital offers all services other than Labor and Delivery which they plan to add a provider.
The CEO is extremely transparent and forthcoming to both employees and community members that want to hear what they are doing. Board meetings are open to the public and they have ‘Town Halls’ in each of the three communities they serve after each Board meeting to recap for community members who were not able to attend the actual Board meeting.

Looking for a progressive and inviting CNO to help move the new hospital in the right direction for the organization and community.
Requires: Maters in Nursing or Health Care Administration.
5 years nursing leadership experience.
Max salary 160k + up to 10k relocation
