A 200+bed hospital affiliated with a great system.ICU RN manager will oversee 24-7 operations of a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 14-bed Cardiovascular unit (CVICU). Patients in the CVU range from interventional cardiovascular cases and immediate pre & post cardiac surgery to discharge utilizing the universal bed model. The ICU unit serves
patients cared for in a general medical/surgical ICU. Our critical care units have ranked in the top 2% of Critical Care Units nationally for 4 years. Applicants must be able to show evidence of effective leadership experience and the ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines.
· Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years (recent) critical care experience, ICU or CVICU experience strongly preferred.
· BSN required, Masters preferred.
· Current Oregon RN license, ACLS and AHA BLS (Healthcare Provider CPR) required prior to hire.
Advanced certification required at application or within 12 months.
Salary is up to 100k – 148k
