Director for the Women’s and Children’s Services job; NM

A 200-bed state of the art acute care facility is seeking a Director for the Women’s and Children’s Services position in Southern New Mexico.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to quality driven customer service, excellent customer outcomes and cost efficiency. Director is responsible for ensuring the Department meets all legal and accreditation requirements.  In addition, the Director ensures the Department complies with all applicable mission statements, policies, procedures, codes and standards of our hospital. Will be responsible for maintaining budgets, staffing and supplies, developing policies and procedures for operating a highly efficient customer focused department, and maintaining effective working relationships with  customers including physicians, patients, families and other team members.


Graduate of a School of Nursing Program accredited school of nursing.  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field.  Three to five years’ experience in a supervisory role required.  Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree from two years of hire date.  MSN preferred.
