The department is accredited by DNV through CMS and the next survey is scheduled for the fall. Interim will need previous home health management experience with a very strong knowledge base in billing and coding. Superb administrative and management skills are a must.
An interim Director of Home Health is needed for a large TJC accredited, academic, unionized hospital. Services provided include Nursing, PT, social services and administration. 39,000+ admissions / 29,000 discharges per year. The department is in good shape, has approx. 50 FTEs and nurses have 4-5 visits per day. TJC survey at the end of March. The department will be undergoing a transition to provide quality services with improved income. The interim will maintain the department and if needed, assist with the transition. To qualify for this opportunity the interim candidate must have experience in running a home health agency, transition experience and the ability to build relationship with other industries. BSN preferred, if an RN, must be California licensed or Bachelors preferred non nurse.

Located on the northeast coast is a Joint Commission accredited unionized hospital that needs an interim House Supervisor. There are two Med/Surg units, ED and OR totaling 50+ beds. Managers are over all units. Hospitalists cover medically 24/7. House Supervisors work 12 hour weekend shifts and 8 hour week day shifts. This position will work 32-40 hours a week, flexible hours and shifts. Ideal candidate will have Critical Care experience. Must have ACLS and BLS and be an RN.
An interim Infection Preventionist is needed at a 200+ bed, ADC 140, TJC accredited, nfp community hospital and trauma center. This is a one person department. This is a working hands-on position responsible for the Infection Prevention and Control Program, including surveillance, prevention and control of infections in the facility and their Pharmacy Antibiotic Stewardship. Other responsibilities include preparing reports, staff development, new hire orientation and infection control rounds. California licensed RN or MT required. CIC certification required.
