Employee Health Manager Interim or Permanent

New Interim assignment for Southern CA!!!!
3 month minimum contract and could extend.
Hospital will look at permanent candidates but need someone immediately.

Title: Employee Health Manager
200+bed hospital
Over 3 FTE’s
Reporting to the Director HR Operations, this position is responsible for the ongoing implementation and maintenance of the Employee and Volunteer Health Program including the management of the Workers’ Compensation Program and OSHA record keeping.
RN-CA license. Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred. 3 years in occupational health nursing.
Strong clinical background and knowledge of clinical treatment protocols. Program development, leadership, analytical thinking and management skills needed. Self-starter with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; intermediate computer skills.

Interim – Temp housing provided by hospital and travel.
