Lead and inspire hospital’s inpatient and outpatient growth in an inpatient setting. Designing and implementing innovative referral programs, driving census growth and fostering a culture centered on patient safety and care excellence. Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team, creating strategies that align with the mission and deliver exceptional outcomes for patients, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
· Must have degree.
· Clinically licensed – RN, LVN, SW, SLP, PT, PTA, COTA/OTA or OT.
· 2+ years of extensive healthcare business development/sales background.
· MUST HAVE Healthcare sales and/or business development leadership background.
· Experience leading a sales team in a healthcare setting.
· MUST have led a sales team of at least 5+ with direct reports.
· Experience with training, leading and developing sales people.
