Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000
Bonus eligible annually & quarterly

Our facility is accredited by the Joint Commission. The Surgery Center is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 8 OR’s and 4 PR’s. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Colon & Rectal, GI, GYN, Neurological, Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Podiatry, General Surgery and Urology.
Job Summary
The Administrator is responsible for facility operations, financial performance, quality initiatives, and physician relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Administrator collaborates closely with facility leadership, medical staff, governing boards, and USPI’s Home Office to support consistent operations and sustainable performance.
Ideal CandidateSomeone who wants to be in the role for more than 1 ½ years. Someone who is more from the business side over someone who is from the clinical side. Someone who is an experienced ASC Administrator is preferred. Someone who is growth oriented. Someone who can build strong relationships with physicians.
