RN Director of Nursing – ASC job opening located in the Los Angeles area of Southern California.
Overview:
- Open to Manager looking to step up and grow
- Prefer OR experience but open to PACU/Preop experienced leader
- They have 8-9 FT FTEs and some PT and PRN
- Working DON so needs to be able to be in the OR and give breaks/lunches when needed
- Need someone with a thick skin and who can get the OR nurses in line (definite issues with the current staff)
- Oversees ORs, Pre/Post, SPD (Adults and Peds)
- Would love someone with Peds experience but no longer a requirement.
