- Reports to Director of Nursing of Critical Care;
- currently at 300 hearts, growing to 500;
- 14 beds, growing to 36 beds;
- Masters finished or at least completed within 2 years of hire;
- 3 years’ minimum in management in CVICU
- Strong leadership skills;
