Director of Physician Clinics job opening located in Arkansas.
A 100+ bed community hospital. Will oversee operations for three clinic locations (two of which are on the main hospital campus). Specialties include OB/GYN, family practice, urgent care, ENT, plastic surgery, surgery clinic, orthopedics and urology. Total providers is approximately 20.
Reports to the CFO and will oversee two Clinic Coordinators and a Business Office Manager, with a total complement of 56.
A minimum of five years’ experience in management positions working directly with physicians.
A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
