Business Operations Manager / Supervisor – ASC job opening located in Florida.

The Business Office Manager is responsible for the routine business office functions of the facility, including but not limited to, scheduling, insurance verification, reception, coding, billing, medical records, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, cash management, payroll, and human resource management.

Interaction with patients, families, physicians, referral sources, visitors, volunteers, co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc. must be in a manner that is friendly, supportive, courteous, respectful, cooperative, and professional. This behavior should promote an atmosphere of teamwork, which is congruent with Facility standards and guidelines to promote positive relations.

Position Reports to: Administrator

Position Supervises: Supervises business office staff.


High School graduate required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Certified Medical Manager and/or Certified Coder preferred.

Minimum five years related experience in an ASC

Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification

Computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft suite preferred.
