• Reports to Director of Nursing of Critical Care;
• Currently at 300 hearts, growing to 500;
• 14 beds, growing to 36;
• Masters finished or at least completed within 2 years of hire;
• 3 years’ minimum in management in CVICU – strong leadership skills;
