Working with a great hospital in the Oregon market looking for a Supervisor of Sterile Processing to join their team. 100 bed acute care hospital. Great leadership team!!!Position reports to the Director of Surgical Services.
Job Summary: Assists Director in 24 hour operation of unit including planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care.
Education/Licensing: CRCST Certification. Current BLS.
Qualifications/Skills: Clinical excellence, leadership abilities, teaching competency, critical thinking, excellent communication skills. Ability to manage service personnel. Ability to have good working relationship with surgeons. Minimum two years current acute perioperative experience.
