Director, Emergency Services job opening located in Boca West Palm Beach area of Florida.
- Medium size facility-200-250 patients a day. Over 80 beds.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, Master’s degree MHA, MSN, MBA, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in emergency services required
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- FTEs :80+
- Must have at least _3-5 yrs minimum at a large ER minimum 30 beds and some manager/Dir level experience.
- Must be a RN with BSN.
- Reports to the COO.
Up To 15% bonus annual bonus, based on performance KPI’s (with multiplier can be up to 22.5%)
