System LMS Administrator, Remote job opening.
This position provides: the Health Academy of Learning and Leadership Development and learning management system (LMS) administration, support, results reporting strategy, methodology and dashboards, learning data analysis and reporting
LMS related support and technical training for all levels of users across the Health enterprise.
Strategic planning, development and continuous improvement of the System’s Academy’s functional and leadership development curriculum and administration. Job specifics: System LMS Director. Demonstrated knowledge of various types of LMS reports (i.e. configurable reports, and/or custom reports), lists, and charts, their generation and delivery to key customers. LMS administration, reporting and analytics strategy, approach and methodology. Demonstrated knowledge of LMS administration including assignments, tracking, reporting, and content uploads. Bachelor’s degree in a related technical and/or learning based field. At least four years of direct, on-the-job experience working with computer applications, operations, and systems.
Direct LMS administration preferred. Microsoft Certified Professional certificate preferred.
