Director Facilities Management Job Opening in Oregon

Director Facilities Management job opening located Coastal Oregon.

Position will provide leadership, direction and administrative oversight for Environmental/Laundry/Linen Services, Security, and Biomedical Services.

Hiring requirements:

  • BS degree preferred with 5 + years experience in a hospital, or related industry as maintenance engineer with at least 2 years management experience in a supervisory or lead position in a health care facility or maintenance field.
  • Experience with refrigeration, nurse call systems, fire alarm systems, elevators, pumps and motors, boilers, generators, chillers, HVAC along with other various hospital equipment and electrical equipment.
  • Working knowledge of generators, boilers, pumps, motors, elevators, conveyors, compressors, HVAC, refrigeration, hydraulics, firefighting equipment, power tools drills, grinders, sanders. electrical maintenance, handheld radios, lockout tagout devices, welding equipment, electrical meters and other equipment associated with building maintenance
