- 66 bed EDs in 3 locations: hospital and 2 free-standing ERs with over 100K visits, 150+ FTEs;
- Reports to CNO;
- Experience in turn-around operations in hospital, leadership by mentoring, recruitment, and retention;
- Leadership certification within one year of hire
