The Director of Nursing oversees all aspects of several units, requiring 24-hour responsibility. The right person will be hands on at every level of leadership and be deeply involved in the operations of the hospital, coordinating closely with the C.N.E.
Requirements:
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Demonstrated management experience in an acute care environment
- Demonstrated experience in acute care nursing
