CEO, Northwest: 

  • Rural CAH looking for experienced CEO or COO to move progressive, financially stable hospital forward as strong mentor and team builder with young admin team; good 5-member Board to report to; associated clinics with broad range of med/surg, OB and outpatient services; new hospital coming in Fall 2022; prefer public hospital and small hospital/CAH experience and master’s degree; strong in recruitment, improving and bringing in new service lines, financial acumen, patient satisfaction improvement, community engagement; ACHE fellow/member preferred.

Corporate Director of Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits), Florida:

  • Master’s prepared; HR certification and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred; experience in both comp and benefits at manager level or above; supervises HR generalists, HR assistant, HR specialist and HR analysts; overall planning, implementation and management of the total rewards program including plan design, managing the operations and budget for all health and welfare, retirement, Leaves of Absence, workers’ compensation and supplemental benefits and salary administration programs; develops and monitors budget, performance and service levels and ensures appropriate management and administration of benefits, compensations and related policies and procedures; developing and overseeing day to day work of all team members supervised; no tobacco users; reports to VP of HR.

Corporate Director of Clinical Risk and Patient Relations, Florida:

  • Master’s required, RN or other clinical license required; FL licensed Healthcare Risk Manager license required; positions reporting to this person include Risk Manager and RN Risk Manager, Patient Representatives and Volunteer patient reps; reports to VP CQO; develops and improves clinical loss prevention programs and activities including risk identification and evaluation, regulatory compliance, patient relations, quality/safety/organizational improvement/risk initiatives and risk-focused education; supervises patient relations program and staff, facilitating and enhancing relations between patients, family, visitors and the general public with organization and its affiliated organizations, physicians, team members/leaders, physicians and auxiliary; oversees onsite regulatory/accreditation survey activities, e.g., AHCA, DCF, DOH, and TJC, preparing and/or approving post-visit plans of correction and monitoring implementation/problem resolution; communicates and collaborates with Claims Manager in timely identification and investigation of potentially compensable events; advances risk management by maintaining open communications and productive relationships with internal and external customers. No tobacco users.
