Director Of Facilities:
Director of Facilities position for an Iowa hospital system known for their exemplary, physician led focus on patient care coordination. This full-service hospital is proud to be improving the health of their community, while focusing on excellence and quality.
The Director of Facilities coordinates long term projects while sustaining day to day operations, ensuring compliance and documentation are always accurate and timely. The right person will find ways to streamline processes and improve multiple facilities simultaneously. The director oversees the work order system, energy efficiency and staff licensure and rapport.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in healthcare industry
- Familiar with DNV, OSHA, NFPA, IBC, NEC
- CHFM preferred
The director of facilities (3) will oversee multiple facilities over 3 million SF and supervises 3 direct employees and 64 indirect.
Required: 5 years: Surgery center management experience
