HR Executive Director Total Rewards & HRIS job opening located in North Carolina.
A large health system near the Raleigh/Durham area, has a need for an Executive Director of Total Rewards and HRIS to join their team.
The Executive Director of Total Rewards & HRIS at the Hospital provides vision, leadership, financial stewardship, and strategic planning for essential Human Resources functions, including compensation, benefits, wellness and HRIS. The Executive Director is accountable for understanding the needs of employees across our complex, growing health care system, supporting our unique culture and ensuring excellent service to internal and external customers. This individual has responsibility for interpreting HR total rewards metrics, identifying current trends, and recommending solutions for stakeholders, all in support of the hospital’s mission and strategic plan. The Executive Director will strategically support leaders and colleagues across the organization, partnering to promote consistency in leadership effectiveness, proactive solutions, team member engagement, equity and inclusiveness, and risk mitigation. Working directly and indirectly with members of the executive leadership and Board of Directors, the Executive Director contributes to HR and health system leadership forums to ensure integration of Total Rewards & HRIS into strategic management practices.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively more responsible HR/Compensation/Benefits supervisory/management work experience. Experience working in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
Education Required:
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Health Care Management or other related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
One or more of the following certifications is preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CBP or CCP
