- Complex independent small health system with 2 hospital sites with 200 beds, joint ventures (imaging, home health, hospice), behavioral health and rapidly-growing medical group; great leadership team;
- succession plan for CFO in future, 10 years’ minimum experience in hospital finance as ACFO or small hospital CFO;
- good work history in acute care setting;
- strong hospital experience in similar setting in operations and financial accounting and ability to manage balance sheets;
- up-and-comer to move system into next stage;
- Master’s and CPA highly desired, Bachelor’s in accounting, business administration or finance required;
- net revenue $180M;
- 4 direct reports;
- strong project management a plus
